With a more accurate fit and lower profile than off-the-shelf “boil and bite” athletic mouth guards, custom mouth guards protect more than just enamel: Mouth guards can prevent lacerations, bruising and neurological damage. Designed not to inhibit breathing to allow for optimal on-field performance, Keating’s custom mouth guards are available in a wide range of colors.
Play Safe® Mouth Guards Play Safe® sports mouth guards are prescribed for both professional and amateur athletes because they offer the highest level of protection during sports activity. When worn properly, they can prevent dental trauma, such as fractured teeth. They are also indicated for patients with an orthodontic situation, such as braces, who must wear a mouth guard for preventive measures.
Play Safe sports mouth guards provide superior fit and retention compared to boil-and-bite mouth guards. Available in six levels of protection, the mouth guards range from one to three layers of laminated ethylvinylacetate material with a final occlusal thickness between 3 mm and 5 mm. Play Safe mouth guards can be customized with stickers and team logos and are available in a variety of colours to fit the personality of every star athlete in your practice!
